Honest view, no hard sell
Woodlands is a long-term play. The RTS Link to Johor Bahru is coming, the Woodlands Regional Centre is being built up, and land is genuinely cheaper up north. If you are buying this for the next 10 to 15 years and you believe in the northern corridor story, there is a case for it. If you want immediate strong rental yield or you need easy access to Orchard or the CBD, this is not that project. I am honest with buyers: know what you are buying and why, and Woodlands makes sense for some plans and not others.
