Honest view, no hard sell
Freehold land in D15 is rare, and this one being split across two sites connected by a bridge is a distinctive feature. Location-wise you are in the Thiam Siew / Haig corridor which is well-served by Paya Lebar MRT and has good access to the East Coast. Pricing will be at a premium to 99-year alternatives in the same neighbourhood, and that premium is justified if you are buying to hold indefinitely. If your horizon is 5 to 7 years, run the numbers on whether freehold tenure pays off within that window versus buying a good 99-year unit at lower psf.
